Q. Are you qualified and insured?
A. I am fully qualified and insured to carry out all treatments that I offer. I have a BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences, a VTCT Level 3 for Reiki Practitioners, and a Diploma in Crystal Therapy. I also have a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards. [back to top]

Q. Why am I sometimes directed to a voicemail service when I call?
A. You have either called outside of business hours (10am-9pm), or I am in a treatment. To ensure that clients recieve a relaxing professional service, calls will not be answered whilst a treatment is being carried out. You have the option to leave your name and number, and I will get back to you as soon as I am free, or you can contact me via e-mail if you would prefer. [back to top]

Q. I subscribed to the Divine Beauty e-mailing service, why haven't I received any e-mails?
A. Check your junk or spam folder. To prevent this from happening add divinebeautyuk@msn.com to your e-mail contacts. Depending on your computers settings the e-mails may have been marked as spam, possibly due to them having a signature containing a link. [back to top]
